We’ve had several other customers let us know how this has worked for them as well. I stopped tracking after the 6 months, but have maintained since then. I indeed lost 20lbs (actually 21lbs) by the time it was over. So I’d put in the same weight until the next Saturday, so I saw the change every 7 days and it worked great. My process was to check-in on it every Saturday and update my progress. It was great to see my progress as I updated it. I checked in on this template daily and saw the my starting weight change each month. I had a goal to lose 20 pounds over 6 months. I myself have used it and it worked great for me.
